To better serve you and ensure fairness to all participants and instructors, please take a moment to review our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: We kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled course start time. This window helps us fill your spot and avoid any additional costs. If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours or you do not attend (a “no-show”), the booking fee is non-refundable. We understand that life happens. Should an unforeseen medical or family emergency arise, please notify us as soon as possible. In such cases, and with serious documentation provided (e.g., a doctor’s note), we are happy to waive any applicable fees. Clients are allowed to reschedule up to two times without penalty, provided each change is requested no less than 24 hours before your course. Any further rescheduling requests made inside this window, or third and subsequent changes, may incur a rescheduling fee. All approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and accept this policy. We include it in all confirmations, agreements, and reminders to ensure transparency and consistency.
